2026 VT100 Race Dedication: The Greenalls & Rojeks

Celebrating Endurance, Community, the Rugged Beauty of Vermont

The 2026 Vermont 100 is proudly dedicated to Sue & John Greenall, and Steve & Dinah Rojek.

Every July, hundreds of runners and riders converge on Silver Hill Meadow. They come to celebrate endurance, community, and the rugged beauty of Vermont.

What most don’t know is that this iconic staging ground is actually private land, generously owned and shared by the Greenalls and the Rojeks.

Their hospitality is woven into the very fabric of this race. Before moving to Silver Hill, the Vermont 100 was hosted out of Smoke Rise Farm, also owned by the Rojeks.

Beyond sharing their homes, both couples have served on the event committee since its inception. They have poured decades of passion, energy, and logistics work into the background of this race.

But the Greenalls and Rojeks don’t just host the event—they live it. They have countless VT100 Endurance Ride finishes among them. Their generosity, enthusiasm, and presence can be felt across every mile of the course, but it burns brightest right here at Silver Hill Meadow—the place they call home, and the place we are so incredibly lucky to gather.
